On June 16, Moscow will start a new stage of removing restrictions, related to the coronavirus pandemic. Some private and public museums will open for visitors. However, their work will still have to comply with certain rules, defined by “Rospotrebnadzor”:
The museums should follow the recommendations, while working with visitors, prepared by “Rospotrebnadzor”. According to these recommendations, before opening, the museums should prepare their premises for full—fledged work: to carry out sanitary work in exhibition halls, to install protective screens in the places, where visitors contact with the staff(at ticket offices, at the reception desks and in places, where audio guides are given), as well as to organize “smart” routing that provides (if possible) separate entrances and exits to museum buildings.
In addition:
– museums should organize contactless ticket verification-preferably
organize a visit with pre-purchased tickets at a certain time;
– group tours can be conducted with no more than five people.
-It is necessary to arrange a distance of 1,5-2 meters between the groups and others visitors to the museum, as well as employees;
– reception of large tourist groups is not allowed yet;
-marking is necessary to maintain social distance between people;
– if it is possible, museums should ensure the implementation of medical masks at the entrance of museum buildings, preferably in a contactless way.
