Congratulations to the Museum of Unfictional Stories for winning an important award – the Gold Standard for Culture and Hospitality.
“Interestingly, we were judged by ‘secret’ visitors, and of different ages and from different cities. It turns out they came to see us six times! Of course, we were not aware of that. This is another proof that all guests are always welcome!” – participants say. – The Museum of Unfictional Stories has demonstrated a high level of service to visitors and is deservedly recognised as one of the winners of the Golden Standard for Culture and Hospitality project in the category “Private Showroom Facilities”.
The purpose of the project is to increase service culture level of the townspeople, visitors and tourists in museums, restaurants, hotels, souvenir shops, TIC in nine cities of the “Golden Ring of Russia” route.
